Mentioned along with the product displays are only fairly accurate values. Since most of the products haveintricate and detailed handwork, hence there may be slight variation in the actual product as compared to beseen in the image.

Raksha Bandhan - Terms & Conditions

1. Each Mugdhaa gift voucher can be redeemed only once, either on the Mugdhaa website or in person at a Mugdhaa store.
2. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase. After this date it stands expired and void, and cannot be extended, reissued or refunded.
3. The gift voucher may be purchased on the website either in the registered customer’s name or in the name of the intended recipient. The name entered at the time of purchase is the name against which the voucher is issued.
4. The voucher is strictly non transferable and can be redeemed only by the person named at the time of purchase.
5. Only one voucher of a given denomination may be purchased per email ID or phone number. A customer may hold a maximum of three vouchers, one each of ₹2,001, ₹5,001 and ₹10,001.
6. For in-store redemption, please show the confirmation email received at the time of purchase to the staff at your nearest Mugdhaa store.
7. The voucher amount will be deducted from the total bill value at the time of checkout.
8. The voucher must be used in full in a single transaction. Any unused balance will not be carried forward, credited or refunded.
9. If the purchase value exceeds the voucher amount, the difference must be paid by the customer through any accepted payment method.
10. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, credit notes or any other form of settlement, in part or in full.
11. The voucher is non refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased.
12. Mugdhaa is not responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen, deleted or shared with a third party. Treat the voucher code as you would cash.
13. Only one voucher can be applied per transaction, and it cannot be clubbed with another voucher.
14. Voucher applicability on discounted, sale or exclusive collections is at the discretion of Mugdhaa and will be indicated at the time of purchase.
15. If an item bought using a voucher is returned or exchanged, the refund will be issued as store credit up to the voucher value used, subject to the Mugdhaa returns policy.
16. The voucher is valid only at Mugdhaa owned stores and on the official Mugdhaa website. It is not valid at third party sellers, marketplaces or partner outlets.
17. Mugdhaa reserves the right to amend or withdraw these terms at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Mugdhaa management will be final.
